The new oekaki is.. uhh... I AM UNVEILING IT NOW. It is here! So uhh... enjoy it and stuff and feel free to continue using these boards if that is what you so desire.

-Rules-

•No flaming. Show respect for everyone on the oekaki
•No hentai or adult pictures like that. Keep your images at a PG13 level or below, please. "Adult" images of any kind will not be tolerated
•NO SPAMMING. Please, for the sake of everyone at the oekaki and beyond, keep nonsensical spam to a minimum.

-Boards-

•Main Board: For images around 20 - 40 minutes long, no special effort placed in them, etc
•Practice Board: For testing out tools, techniques or brushing up on oekaki skills
•Random Doodles: Random little things drawn just for the heck of it that ya didn't want to spend much time on.
•Big Works: Images submitted here should have a lot of effort put into them, plenty of time spent on them, and so on.

demoncat 2004/9/17 - 17:12:46 I've been slaving over this for over a week now, tis my precious baby. The cover art for my fic-in-works Downfall! It is also known as the "Jesus pic", but no it is not jesus. It is also known as the "pic of those GODS FORSAKEN *%#@ CHERRY BLOSSOMS". Not only is this my fave of my pictures yet, it also has by far the most colorful history to go with it, lol. yisachang 2006/12/29 - 15:40:1 It was just an Eye practise and learning how to draw fox practise kind of thing. Except it's not a fox it's a Fihex... Which is something I need to draw for a comic/story I'm thinking about doing.

ashiragirl 2006/7/29 - 15:7:22 Cloud tutorial, as promised! :D For Shii Painter. 1. Pick a nice sky blue color. The one I use is one of the default colors for Shii Painter. I think it's the one on the right, third from the bottom, or real close to there. 2. Pick the 'Water' tool. Completely blanket Layer 0 in blue. 3. (Upper left-hand corner) Select Layer 1. With your Water tool and the sky blue color, draw a cloud shape without overlapping any of your lines. If your lines overlap, the color will grow stronger in the wrong places. 4. (Upper right-hand corner) Go back in with your Water brush and swirl it in overlapping circles inside the cloud. Leave the edge of the cloud faint. 5. Why not have red clouds? Or pink for that matter? Once you've got the technique down, you can experiment with whatever colors you want! Have fun! Tutorial © Ashira.

noodlepaj 2006/9/30 - 6:31:38 i'll submit this in main works, 'cuz i'm not shure wheather it qualifys as a 'big work' ((they normaly take between 1-3 hours for me)) but...yeah...two pictures in a row O.o i must be maaad... aaaanyways...this little gut is a Cyrithian lesser drake, a speicese i made up. him and the creatures are mine, but your free to make one of your own. they grow to be 2-3 meters high, and have a range of coliurs, though they Always have dark swirly patterns, and the colours Always blend from darkest near the swirls to lightest near the belly, though they can have additional coloured swirls ontop. armour is optional and they usualy have between 6 and 12 wing segments. ^_^ das itst all <3 ~paj Comments: 4
