Of Tutorials and Forum Downtime

Since forum activity is so... barely existent, I may soon disable posting and registration and completely remake it. It's rather sloppily coded and there are unused bits of code that I'm afraid to get rid of just in case they ARE being used by something somewhere which is reason enough to change it. I'll likely also make it so the accounts' usability is extended to other areas of the website (guestbook and comment posts and anything else that could potentially exist in the future) and because of that, I want to reorganise my database as well!
And since there's *any interest at all* in tutorials, I'll try to get around to making some of those so my website has some more useful qualities to it. Ideally, I'd want to make some website design changes as well so things seem more free and less constrained to boxes, but I've not had much luck with ideas there... We shall see what I can come up with.

So you can probably disregard what I said about that "practice game" thing I mentioned in that last post. I'm working on something different and better now that will hopefully manifest itself into existence one day.
The forums still have a lot of changes to be made to them, so what I said last time about THAT still applies.
And this was really just an excuse to make... THAT THING happen. But it DIDN'T. I suppose I need FOUR posts for that to happen... SIGH. (But I think I'll change that since I like the size of a two-update page...)
